3M Scotchcast Inline Splice Kit
3M offers the Scotchcast series for inline resin splice kits. Available in a variety of sizes, the inline splice kits can work with conductors ranging from #10 AWG to 400kcmil. UL rated for direct burial and submerged applications; the epoxy resin splice can also withstand temperatures up to 90°C (194°F).
• UL Listed for direct burial and submerged applications up to 600 volts and 90°C
• Rated to 5kV for inline splices on unshielded, synthetic insulated cables
• Rated to 1 kV for multiple conductor cables
• Unshielded, synthetic insulated cables
• Conductor connector is not included.
The Scotchcast inline resin splice kit is designed for use in weather-exposed or direct burial locations. The splice kit is LU listed for direct burial and submerged applications up to 600 volts and 90°C (194°F).
When ordering a 3M Scotchcast inline splice kit, please indicate what size of conductors you would like to connect, along with the number of splices you would like to complete. The kit does not come with the conductor connector, please see our selection of C-taps and split bolts on our connections page for options.
